We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid unnecessary overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not to order unnecessary products. If something is wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order or you are unsatisfied by contacting us at jedida-theartofsark.com!
Our return policy is valid for 14 days . If your purchase is more than 14 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds will only be offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact us at jedida-theartofsark.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we will work it out.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, we currently do not offer exchanges. To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description. While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at jedida-theartofsark.com within a week of receiving your order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We'll send you a new one or refund your purchase price.
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer .
Notice to EU consumers: Pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on Consumer rights, you cannot be offered a right of withdrawal for:
1. the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or significantly personalised;
2. sealed goods whose seal has been broken after delivery and which are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
